We collect your name, email address, and alert data you choose to create. We also collect basic usage logs (login times, IP addresses) for security purposes.
Your data is used solely to operate Alertiva — sending you alert notifications, maintaining your account, and improving the service. We do not sell your data.
By creating an account, you agree to receive alert notification emails you schedule. You may adjust notification preferences in Settings at any time.
Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data including alerts is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We use PHPMailer to deliver emails via your configured SMTP provider. No data is shared with advertising networks or third parties for marketing.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
