You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use Alertiva to send spam, unlawful notifications, or to abuse the email notification system. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
The free tier allows up to 5 active alerts per month. Limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by service outages or email delivery failures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
